There is a temptation in Eternal to create decks that go all in one a singular concept.

You can have an Akshan Lee Sin deck with nothing but free sttrikes.

You can have a Riven deck with rally that otk's

You can have a predict deck that is 100% dependent on Echo surviving leveled on turn 4, and has to auto concede when he dies.

The decks are objectively bad in eternal.

I think the only good solitaire deck in Eternal is Ryze and that largely has to do with statistical high roll potential.

Sometimes you just have a handful of landmarks and sometimes you draw none, and your ability to win is directly predicated on that fact.

This is the definition of a "good" solitaire deck.

But outside of that you should be building your lists with A (a high level of interaction) B (a great deal of counter interaction for your opponent)

This on average will massively improve your ability to play off meta lists in the extended card format on ladder.
