Crime Returns to Gotham City. Joker robs the harboured side theater but it soon put behind bars. Busted out, he and Lex Luthor work together to help Luthor win the election, as well as putting an end to Batman and Superman. Batman, Robin, Superman, and other members of the Justice League must unite to stop the Joker and Lex Luthor.

Joker is behind bars, but to be broken out by Lex Luthor who wants is techniques to make more Kryptonite, and make laughing gas to become the next president. Batman and Robin rush to Arkham Asylum only to find the other prisoners on the run.
