Crime Returns to Gotham City. Joker robs the harboured side theater but it soon put behind bars. Busted out, he and Lex Luthor work together to help Luthor win the election, as well as putting an end to Batman and Superman. Batman, Robin, Superman, and other members of the Justice League must unite to stop the Joker and Lex Luthor.

Arriving at City Hall, Joker and Lex release the Joker’s laugh gas so Lex can win the election. Returning to South Gotham, Batman and Superman plan to put an end to Lex’s plans to cheat.
