So now we can finally start LEGO Batman minikit guides in order, we just needed 4 important extras to help us get through these levels faster. So here is the minikit guide for level 4 in Episode 3, The Joker's Return Heroes Mode, In the Dark Night

You're probably wondering why I made a cut to this video. It's because my CPU partner for some reason would not step on the dance squares, he would just keep following me and I had to stop the video to fix that so there's that.

Here are the required characters for this level:
The Joker: Complete A Surprise for the Commissioner
Mind Controlling Character: The Riddler, Mad Hatter 35,000 studs after Joker's Home Turf or The Scarecrow. Complete up to The Riddler Makes a Withdrawal or The Joker's Masterpiece.
Poison Ivy: Complete Green Fingers (Double Jumper)
Robin or Nightwing 125,000 studs, in the Water Suit, complete Under the City or Killer Croc, complete A Daring Rescue (Super Strength Character)
Batman or Batgirl 100,000 studs in the Heat Protection Suit, complete A Poisonous Appointment.
The Penguin isn't required because you can use the Demolition Suit but it's easier to use The Penguin for Minikit 4 so complete Rockin' the Docks

You can only get 2 out of 10 minikits and save the citizen in story mode. Here are the times once again:
