This is an easy way to get the Not "Fun Guys" trophy / Achievement.
First go to the Leaky Cauldron and play the A Giant Virtuoso level
Go through the first section, and you will arrive at the forest.
Defeat all 5 Red Caps, then Save and Quit.
Repeat the level until you get the 30 Red Caps.
