LEGO Brickheadz Steve and Creeper 41612 has a very low LEGO part count for a Brickheadz twin pack with only 160 pieces. That's 50% less than similar Brickheadz LEGO sets available for the same price.

The LEGO Steve Brickheadz build recreates "the player" in his standard skin configuration with some nice custom-printed LEGO elements to show the pixelation on his body that you see in the Minecraft computer game. Steve's face is pretty accurate but the Brickheadz soulless eyes are quite different from the Minecraft avatar and do give Steve a more goofy look, especially when combined with his big smile, or is that Steve's beard?

LEGO Creeper has a similarly low LEGO element count but manages to capture the essence of this green Minecraft bombshell quite nicely. There is some articulation in Creeper's left leg to give a sense that the Creeper Brickheadz build is walking and another cool feature inside Creeper's hide. By removing the face from the Brickheadz Creeper, you can reveal a hidden crate of TNT which is why Creeper has such an explosive personality.

In terms of value at $20 for 160 pieces, 41612 Steve and Creeper scores pretty low. There are much better value LEGO sets you can buy. But if you're a Minecraft fan or just need to add to your LEGO Brickheadz collection, these are quite charming if very simple LEGO Brickheadz.
