First off you NEED 2 Green Cave Mushrooms, 2 (plain)Cave Mushrooms, a Cauldron and 2 Pumpkin Heads. The First step to discovering the Dragon Wizard requiers you to find The Spooky Girl quest in a Lawless Lagoon area. (it has to be Lawless Lagoon in order for it to work). Her Quest has you filling up her "shelter" with the 4 Mushrooms and the Cauldron. After that she'll ask for the Pumpkin Heads which will get you the Red Crystal. This Crystal is needed for Step 2. More on that in the next video. NOTE: Coordinates for the world are 18-69-709 J she'll be at x89y27z10. Even if you already have the Red Crystal, you still have to do this quest in order for the next steps to spawn.
