Seriously, that's the Bubble Bobble music, Rainbow Islands has its own separate music. It does, however, repeat the same music throughout pretty much every stage of the game in the same way Bubble Bobbe does. Still, though, quite a good game, very challenging to get the true end, and a pretty good port, just wish it had the right music.
