After a massive slugfest we push through, piling up cultist bodies and climbing to the top of the tower. Predictably, Thorm is up there, and understandably peeved about the whole 'being mortal again' thing. Aylin herself shows up to join the party, also furious and eager to make his death stick this time. Isobel being a point of contention is rather ironic, all things considered, but inevitably a fight breaks out. Thorm is a problem, but at this point he's heavily outgunned and doesn't last long.

Rather annoyingly, the after-battle cutscene bugs out and I don't get to join the conversation (probably because I had Jaheira selected at the time). In any case, a wounded Thorm retreats into the tower's depths - and that thing that was hiding in the very walls is starting to stir...
