Sadly, our framerate issues are not fully resolved, but we see some improvement (keyword being *some*) as we pursue the strange energy column. The fog soon complicates things, and the next torii gate proves suspiciously hard to find. Our hacker friend Rinko phones in with a timely clue: the gate itself has been hidden. Despite the notable handicap of being dead, she's figured out how to unmask it, so we hustle on over to meet up with her. KK seems rather suspicious, but I'm getting the impression he's like that with everybody.

Along the way, we stop and help more friendly ghosts with their problems. Some are supernatural, others... surprisingly earthy. The busywork in this game is very real, but our leveling up gives us a nice reward: full auto wind blasts. This, we put to very good use!
