This is the first episode of my Pac-Man special week and of course I start with the first Pac-Man game.
The VCS version was actually one of the very first video games I played, after Pong. So this versions defines video games for me.
It is not the best version, but to me it is how Pac-Man has to look.
The Atari 8-Bit version is quite good and it is the only one that has the cut scenes in it. Today that is the version I go for.
On the C64 it feels a little 'rough'. Not bad, but the Atari version is just a little more polished. Btw... the C64 version was actually made by Atari. Imagine Nintendo producing games for the PS3 and the XBox...
