5Time to check the Demo of "Ninja Soul", an action platform game, combining "metroidvania" with roguelite/roguelike elements.
The game has pretty good pixel art and music and fast paced action. There are many items, weapons and abilities to get and you customize them to create crazy combos.
The gameplay loop reminds me a lot of Dead Cells, the way you choose items, the locked room fights with boss/elite enemies and many more.
It might not be as polished as Dead Cells, but it is overall a game fans of the genre might want to check out!
