Northern Valley is finally getting a college! This episode had been promised many times over the past couple videos and we're finally taking the time to create our university. The college campus is on the other side of the main road that cuts from downtown over to the currently unoccupied island.

Before we begin work on the college, we are jumping back to what we did in the last episode. Our fire helicopter depot needs some attention. We detail this area with some rocks and trees that will act as a wind buffer for the condos around the area. We unfortunately won't be able to help them with the loud helicopter noises..

The college is going in downtown. What eventually becomes the college is not what I had pictured when first building it. I found a really cool robotics institute building and decided to use that as one of the cornerstones of the college. The entire campus eventually took on this modern technology look. We can imagine that this school is a leading player in the robotics and tech fields.

We need you to name the school in the comments. We'll go over what you came up with in the next video when we finish the second half of the college campus! We'll be building some dorms and college life type buildings in the second part.
