It seems the rank is same as original.
But in stage 3 i think it's impossible to lower the rank. If difficulty set is very easy...

AFTER PUSH START BUTTON AND PASS EVERY 10 SECOND the rank will increased. Depend on game difficulty set the amount of increments will be changed.

Very easy: 0.08
Medium easy: 0.12
Normal and medium hard: 0.14
Very hard: 0.15
