0With the Eshop closing it's doors next year I decided to do a playthrough of a game I have a lot of nostalgia towards. I remember playing this multiple times on my ds as a kid and made growing up much more fun. The game is a bit dated considering the hardware and how the game could've been a little more creative with the level design. But it still works and is still pretty fun. Whether you're destroying everything in your path with the Mega Mushroom, going through the level really fast with the blue shell, or discovering new paths with the mini mushroom. The music is also pretty good with it being really catchy and upbeat. Some songs even return from the old games. This game is not a bad place to start and future installments would polish what worked here and make the “New Super” series more fun. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
