3A.T.O.M RPG, or ATOM RPG for short I guess, is a Fallout-based game from Russia. It is translated pretty well and so far seems very much derived from the Fallout 1, 2, Tactics, etc. NOT Fallout 3, but it does draw from the series as a whole. There is speculation that this is was supposed to be a continuation of the Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics games that was scrapped and turned into A.T.O.M, but nobody knows for sure.
