Easy Sketch Pro is a white-board animation program that creates animated presentations. It is quite easy to use and has some really cool features but it is really more geared toward presenters rather than illustrators.

When deciding to buy the program I found it very difficult to locate videos that were independent. I can assure you that I have no affiliation with the developer.
