The two industrial nations of the Ticonderan Northeast, Belaine and Telaine, are in bad relations right now. Ore shortages in Telaine are leading to price hikes, which in turn is hurting the economy of Belaine's weaponmaking industry. The king of Belaine, however, is retaliating by planning a WAR against Telaine!

BTW, don't buy the 5,000G sword that took "three years to make" unless you have Banon (Valsu) in your party. The sword, called Muramasa, is pretty powerful but Lulu/Esuna cannot equip it even though it's for "wizards," and other characters have stronger weapons anyway.

WEAKNESSES: King Tricks (the dark blue hands that pop out of treasure chests) are weak to Fire (and Fade/Holy if you have it), Red Demons are weak to Ice, and Mutants are weak to Fire.
