Let's Play ADOM (P1-1)
40What do we have here? Why, it's ADOM, the Ancient Domains Of Mystery? This is (I think?) a pretty standard game to think of when one mentions roguelikes, packed with a really deep storyline and even a big map from which to explore "bigger" dungeons. WARNING: this game has a whole boatload of text, and this first part tries to read as much before it gets truly difficult to LP the game properly.
Broken up into three parts, and sadly, it does end in a death. YASD, as a matter of fact. (That's Yet Another Stupid Death for those of you just tuning in.)
There are a couple other people who have played ADOM, I'm sure the sidebar will show it. Feel free to compare and contrast (although they probably have a better idea of what they're doing).
