Story: The main part of the STARGATE5 is purged of invaders, and Floria, Scarlet Overkill, Nurzak and Allura broke free of enemy control. Koehler is joyful to reunite with his teammates. Queen Floria told Mira and Federation that the ghosts who control the races are Protorions, the dangerous shape-shifting ghost-like aliens who can possess other races and use them as weapons for their invasions. They also discover that Mira Clay is the one who was blessed with the powers of the Rainbow Kingdom first, but Mira has to prepare herself yet for her fight against Sidious, for he is extremely powerful than any enemy which Heroes of the Universe faced by far, therefore, while Floria trains Mira Clay to control her Rainbow powers, Koehler and the rest will go to planet Lellandra to aid Luna the Moonrider and Dark Moon Order to repel forces of Saruman and Cassandra the Oracle, who control Loknis.
Gameplay: Hard difficulty levels and and a hard difficulty boss. These levels have a lot of Lokni (Kzeos) ships with auto-tracking weapons, such as Webwing, enemy that is combination of Nohrin (Insoid) Pump-Cannoneers) and Rainbow Kingdom (Tekkos) Frigates, but they fire in half-spirals (arcs). So it can be said that ships of Loknis (Kzeoses) and Nohrins (Insoids) have similar ships.
