Story of Astro Avenger

In the decade since the global political crisis, ended by the recovery of the current regime, Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo has taken over the rule in the United Planets Federation and has shunned away Jean-Luc Piccard and other leaders of Federation. Since then, Holdo stood unchalenged in her supremacy over the borders of Federation, and has planned to expand Federation's presence further into space. All changed three weeks ago when a faction named Chess Pieces started their violent attack, as a plague of locusts wiping everything out on its way. Almost two weeks ago, it was discovered a huge maternal ship of Chess Pieces that served as a hatchery. Every attempt of Holdo and her cronies to infiltrate and destroy it was futile. Even the hyperspace ramming was worthless against the protective energy field of the ship. In secret, Winona, one of the top pilots of United Planets Federation disobeyed Holdo and went on her own to find the parts of the secret weapon that would operate on plasma extracted from dead members of Chess Pieces, to finally save the human race from extinction.
