Almost in time for the launch of Avernum 3, I finally got around to playing the first part. Yay! Excited to get back into some nice, old-school RPG business, so let's go and start this subterranean adventure!

(*) I played the beginning of this game years ago, but remember almost nothing about specific locations or encounters, so it's going to be 95% blind.

Follow the adventures of our ragtag band of outcasts in the vast caverns of Avernum as they try to survive its many dangers, meet its various inhabitants and, perhaps, find a way back to the surface...
A remake of the original Avernum, which, in turn, is a remake of the first Exile game, Avernum: Escape from the Pit is an old-school, turn-based RPG adventure developed by Spiderweb Software and released for PC, Mac and iPad in 2011.
