Let's Play Beyond the Edge of Owlsgard #13: Returning to the Mole Mines
62We now know where we need to do and surprising no-one, it's the place that's part of the title. Unfortunately, we still need to get Bolek in a state that he can sail a ship and to recover the vessel waiting for us deep in the mole mines. I don't think I need to tell you the dangers of going to the mole mines again considering that's where we first encountered the metal monsters, but we have no other choice if we want to give chase to the wolves.
The game has so far had surprisingly few death scenes. I'm still confident that these will ramp up in the latter parts of the story which we're not in yet, but the ones we have come across have been fairly grim. No punches are pulled when you mess up which I think is ominous foreshadowing as to how dark the narrative is going to get by the time we're at its end.
