Our team finally finds a despondent Dr. Romney, who apparently was tortured into telling everything he knew about the Matrix Device - so Sid Refuge can build one to benefit PURGE instead! Although the head of PURGE isn't here himself, there's a lot of other weapons research being conducted by his lieutenants upstairs. Perhaps we can "borrow" some of those cool weapons for ourselves (and for NEO too, of course)!
