In this part stage 2 which is the Atlantis Shrine in Greece. The boss at the end is the Golem. The Golem you can't even hit until you have knocked enough blocks out of his body first as his only weak point is the red jewel in his head. This boss can be easy or hard depending on how good you are at dodging. Of course before you get to the boss there is the mandatory area with medusa heads what makes this area even worse is you are on a very small platform which they can knock you off of.
