Wakui gleefully elaborates about his vaunted 'One World Order' experiment using the Chaos Child Symptom patients as guinea pigs and at the same time angrily vents the fact that Takuru's decision to not only rid Serika of her Gigalomaniac powers, but also sacrifice his own, led to a wrench in those plans. Takuru counters with a proposal of his own, to which Wakui agrees. Thus, Takuru and the others are free to cure the Chaos Child patients, albeit at the cost of all that data on the Committee.
And as for Serika Onoe, her role has come to an end. Curiously, her footsteps lead her to the Theater Qub at the Hikariwo Building, where whilst the audience is watching a dramatic stage play, Serika's own eyes are fixed on the final moments of her confrontation with Takuru in this very theater...
