I fucked up, I mixed them up because both Julio (HOOLIO HAAESAAERE as Japs like to pronounce it from Zero No Tsukaima) and Yellow Radio (YERRO RAYDEEYO from Accel World) are practically recognisable by their colour, yellow. Other than that, I dont even remember the doctor from the anime, the fuck? Anyways: the voice actor is this guy (I actually typed face actor at first): http://myanimelist.net/people/17/Akira_Ishida

As you can see, he plays alot of people, yes he does, thats how crazy this guy is. Crazy by icehouse, CRAYZAAAAAY! AAANYhoo.. so that guy is fucking awesome.

Just F.Y.I. this is my favourite male voice actor: http://myanimelist.net/people/160/Takehito_Koyasu - He did that one guy no one remembers in Neon Genesis Evangelion thats right, Shigsy, Shigeru Aoba that metalhead playing dat guitar, let's just say it's a Les Paul for dramatic effect! Anyways he dies, spoilers. LOL; or am I kidding? Watch it.

His character as Kuroyanagi Ryo was simply amazing though, and possibly, out of all of those (yes I've seen A TON of those he worked in) my favourite. You should definately watch Yakitate Japan!
