Story: Selena's Nohrin magics have helped Esmeralda and Nexus Squadron to overwhelm Hexxus and make him and his forces retreat back to the Empire of the Night. Both, battle for Hectonia and the 13 elemental orbs of Paradoxion were theirs. Zyria thanks them and bids them farewell before they head to the planet Gamma Chthon or more known as Aeten 2, where 12 Black-colored sources of power with dark blue patterns are located. Just when Esmeralda and Nexus Squadron thought that they will arrive there without any problems, they are intercepted by Kwodahn - the Emperor of Corruption, who proves more than a match for our heroes with his incredibly thick armor and ability to absorb and reflect attacks. Is there any way for Esmeralda and Nexus Squadron to survive against him?
Gameplay: Fifth levels are the sign that things will now start to be medium. These are the first levels that introduce us with Pilot Chickens who are twice as fowl (no pun intented), they can take more hits than regular chickens and can fire two eggs instead of one. Chickenauts also make comeback, but are less numerous than in the prequels. One enemy I forgot to tell you about is the Chick Gattling Gun, that constantly aims at you and fires eggs. They are very thick that even powerful weapons like Plasma Rifle require more time to destroy them. Boss is here very full of disruptions, he can fire protective forcefield, fire rotating lightning lasers, and can change the direction you're facing.
