Hey guys - happy Friday!
Thanks for tuning in to another episode :)
Today we add another ring to the downtown/old town area and zone that with some residential. It's a mix between high and low density so I think it comes out looking nice and staggered in terms of the height - but you guys let me know your thoughts on how it turned out!

We also create a nifty little bypass for traffic to use instead of heading through the main public transit hub. I think it ends up being a sweet piece of infrastructure for the city.

Thanks again for the feedback on the parking lot idea - let's get a few built!
