Cool Boarders 2001 for the PlayStation 2 is the last Cool Boarders game released in the NA region, and is the only one on the PlayStation 2. The bestselling series had made a great run on the PlayStation 1, but it seemed like the series had run its course once other competitors like the SSX series stepped onto the scene. However, Cool Boarders 2001 does deliver a solid package with some awesome, wild ideas and mechanics that could have been a great starting point to bring future games up to the levels set by competitors.

This playthrough is done on an emulated version. As I mention, I have no childhood nostalgia for the game, but I do feel it is under-represented on the internet so I want to show it off.
