Arguably the harshest level of the entire game if you're photosensitive, and that's saying something. Yes, yes, the game is intentionally ugly as sin, but flashing lights in a deafening industrial nightclub like this stage is something I felt I needed to take some amount of precautions with, hence why the Tattered Rain Hat is used for the entirety of it. I got no problem with white flashes, but I know it's not for everyone. Also if you're a graphics artist/designer, know that you are not spared.
