50Joining a tabletop Pathfinder 1e campaign with some friends in late 2018 gave me a fun hobby I had been needing for years. Unfortunately, we couldn't get together to play as often as I'd have liked, so I needed a way to scratch that itch during the downtime. How about an LP? If I'm going to be a nerd, I may as well go all the way!
In this video, I clumsily go over some of the basics of character creation in ToEE. Bear in mind that my understanding of the D&D 3.5e ruleset was developed by watching LPs of Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, and Neverwinter Nights (all of which are AD&D 2e), followed by a deep-dive into tabletop Pathfinder 1e, and finally rounded off by watching someone else's LP of this very game. These systems are all so vast and still very new to me, so there are going to be things I say that are flat out wrong. I'm also going to make a lot of mistakes that will drive more experienced players absolutely nuts.
