This time we venture into the optional dungeon known as the Painted World of Ariamis. This is another instance of you want to be sure you want to finish it before you enter. The only bonfire here is cut off from others, like the prison in Duke's Archives.

On the other hand, this place has some very nice items. A pvp soapstone item, a magic/dex sword, dark ember, among others. So it is well worth the time and trouble required to explore it.
