Let's Play Dark Souls - Part 40 - Tomb of the Giants [PTDE]
132Let's Play Dark Souls PTDE. On my way to Pinwheel, the boss of the Catacombs area, I summon Paladin Leeroy to help me. The boss is easy to beat, especially with Leeroy helping me. I get the Rite of Kindling, which gives me ability to kindle bonfires further, giving me more than 10 flasks when I do so. I dive into the darkness of the Tomb of the Giants.
I carefully make my way forward and after some stumbles and falls, I find a man who doesn't seem to like clerics much. Against my better judgement, I tell him I'm one. I don't trust him, but he manages to trick me, pushing me into a dark pit.
In the pit I find the lady who was praying at the Firelink Shrine, who probably also got tricked by the same man. She's a bit shaken and scared, but otherwise in good shape. Unfortunately Nico and Vince, the clerics who accompanied her, have gone hollow and I must end their misery. After making sure Rhea is safe, I climb up from the pit to settle score with Patches, the man who tricked me.
