When I say "you need to do damage to get an item" it needs to be over a certain amount (Over 10 or so) and you get either a moon/tail card at Porunga or a Porunga card from him.

The Porunga Card:
1. Increases all current character levels by 1.
2. Halves all enemy HP. (On-screen only)
3. Full heal for all characters in the battle.

I believe you can use this item 3 times. Once for each power. The first one is REALLY nice to use after you hit 47. Level 48 is the max and most characters need to DOUBLE the amount of EXP they have before hitting 48.

I really wish I did more damage to Freeza but... oh well. That's what fast forward level grinding is for!
