This Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition HD playthrough will be on NG with a fresh Dante. It will not be a 100% playthrough, but it will be uploaded at 60 fps. We'll take some time later to play around with Vergil.

Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening, released in 2005, is a prequel to Devil May Cry 1 and 2. Coming off the heels of DMC2, the third entry in the Devil May Cry series is not only a massive improvement, it is one of the kings of the character-action genre. Dante's move set is massive, and the addition of the style system allows for a degree of depth never before seen up to this point. A good argument can be made that Devil May Cry 3 was never topped.

Devil May Cry 3 was re-released in 2006 with a Special Edition featuring Dante's rival and the game's antagonist, Vergil. This version was later updated and included in the Devil May Cry HD Collection.
