Let's Play Don't Starve - Run 2 - Ep. 11 - Pitch Black Nap!
1I get a bit more exploring done and I learn something new, well forced to try something risky. Apparently you can sleep without a light source nearby. Foolishly I tread a bit far from the basecamp and decide I am going to camp with the pig men. I make it just in time to realize I have absolutely no resources to make a campfire. I make a split second, risky decision and use my pre-made life saving bed roll to quickly sleep before death finds me in the dark. Surprise, I live! More gathering, exploring, lightning rods and cooking fills the rest of the episode. It ends a bit ominously though. :(
Please feel free to leave a comment with your guess at how much longer I survive before one of my stupid choices kills me. :)
My thanks goes out to Klei Entertainment for this fantastic game. I was hesitant at first, even skeptical seeing the video on steam, but seeing some actual gameplay footage and getting my hands on it changed all that. I highly recommend this game and if you like what you see, you should definitely check it out.
