We've discovered much of the UAC's ambition to turn Mars into a planet where life can flourish, but sadly, it's all ruined now. We get a glimpse of Bravo Team and now that they know where we are, we can try to meet them in the next sector. A more confusing fact about this game's timeline placement is that the manual for Doom II mentions the events in this game as canon. The question is does this game effectively replace the events of Ultimate Doom or does Ultimate Doom and Doom 3 take place at the same time and what about Resurrection of Evil? You know what? It's easier for my headcanon to accept Doom 3 and all its expansions as a prequel. When we get to the very end of this project, I'll explain here how it all makes sense. New enemy type revealed and if you suffer from Arachnophobia, brace yourself.
