Dragon Quest is quite the venerable franchise, isn't it? But I remember when it first showed up in the US, around the same time Final Fantasy came out, and boy, you can see the roots of the tree that would become the JRPG genre...and a lot of branches that rightly got pruned along the way to get to where we are today. So, let's follow the descendant of Roto...no, not Erdrick here...as he tries to undo the damage that the Dragon Lord has created.
