Make no mistake: that is no easy task. Drakengard is not for the faint of heart, or the overly critic of gameplay mechanics. Remember when I said in the very first episode that eventually this game would get hard? Yeah. This is it. This entire episode is one boss battle. Sorry.

I actually did try to cut this up to shorten it up a bit and reduce the run to the actual 5-ish minutes it's supposed to take, but I couldn't do it while preserving how aggravating this fight was, which I really wanted and needed to do. That would have also screwed up with the run-times on the next couple of episodes, so that's no good. Frankly, the chances that someone is going to casually play the game and just cruise through this part are fairly slim (I mean, I'm not good at Drakengard, but I'm not TERRIBLE at games in general), so I decided to leave it all in as it is. This is the game. This is the experience of playing it. THIS. Is Drakengard.
