Wherein I take advantage of the new electric furnaces to dramatically increase throughput of metal plates into my factory, which almost immediately solves most of my downtime issues, and then take a second look at oil refining to start using up the byproducts so that my refineries can keep operating at full capacity.

I need more, though...both metal and oil are going to run out, sooner or later. Well, oil technically never runs OUT but it'll slow to a trickle.
