Steve is now at the Arlington Library in an effort to help Moira with her book; the Wasteland Survival Guide.
This wasn't that difficult of an excursion for Steve as there are members of the Brotherhood of Steel that are wandering around and help with the raiders. However; there is a floor that is raider infested and a spot that was pretty heavily fortified and has a couple of automated gun turrets.
Steve was able to locate the correct computer terminal and was able to access the card catalog and also download the information for Moira.
The next thing was to leave Arlington Library and head back to Megaton and chat with Moira where she came be a copy of her book and the Survival Expert perk.
Steve is now ready to tackle some little more aggressive adventures. [Mini Nuke!!]
