Our Overseer of Vault 13 plays a cruel prank on Big Bert by sending him off to the dangerous wasteland to look for a new water chip for the vault. I'm sure the water supply is just fine. They just want to get rid of poor Big Bert by sending him to his death. But we're gonna show them by venturing to the outside world and eventually return with the chip!
