And we are officialy in the Extra mode plotline of Touhou 6 which involves dealing with Flandre as well as the miniboss, Patchouli.

Special requirement here is to kill Patchouli last. This does not count the Neutral monsters that Flandre will be spawning outside the seal. So do not worry about bats spawning ruining your WP.

The biggest obstacle will be getting through Silent Selene's danmaku. Silent Selene also has a 2-8 range so unless you are in melee, she is going to blast you. The danmaku does -30% Def/Eva as well as the added effect of reducing your attacks' Max Range by one. Furthermore, Patchouli has a stronger form of Magic Barrier that reduces damage of Laser attacks, making Alice and Marisa less than effective.

So, I suggest using Alice and Marisa to clean up minions and bats while the rest press forward into the danmaku. Once you get people in melee range, the fight gets much easier. Just becareful of how the danmaku shifts every turn or you may find an unfocused character caught in it, like I did multiple times.
