Now, they live in a town of constant dreary rain where monsters, thieves and liars run rampant through the streets. And somewhere amongst this crew is our extremely powerful friend...

Final Fantasy VI is a Japanese-style role-playing game (JRPG) developed and published by Squaresoft (now known as Square Enix) in 1994. The game was released in North America as Final Fantasy III at its initial release. The game was originally published on the Super Nintendo with subsequent releases on the PlayStation (1999), Game Boy Advance (2006/7), Android (2014), iOS (2014) and Windows PC (2015). A "pixel remaster" version of the game is scheduled for release in 2021. This let's play is played using the 2015 Windows PC release via Steam.

Final Fantasy VI is often considered one of the Final Fantasy series' best games, often its best, and among the best games of all time. Final Fantasy VI takes place in a world where magic was thought to be lost after a war that occurred a millennium ago.
