LET'S PLAY | Final Fantasy VII - Part 24 | Diamond Weapon Attacks Midgar!
Part 24 of thesherbster's let's play of the PS4 remaster of Final Fantasy VII! In this episode we have a little detour to Lucretia's cave and Vincent tells her Sephiroth's dead out of kindness, before heading back to Bugenhagen and the City of the Ancients. We use that key we found and get a projection of Aerith and holy, which has turned green. So that's good! Then we find out from Cait Sith that Rufus has moved the Junon canon to Midgar and plans on using it against the barrier protecting the North Cave. As we leave the City of the Ancients, Diamond Weapon emerges for the sea, heading straight for Midgar. We sort of defeat it, but then the cannon finishes him off. Unfortunately Diamond Weapon's attack blows up the top of the Shinra HQ, where Rufus was standing. Does Rufus survive this? Check out Advent Children...Then we find out Hojo is being a psycho and trying to fire Sister Ray again to help Sephiroth, risking the whole of Midgar. Only one thing for it - we'll have to stop him!
We hope you enjoy our let's play of Final Fantasy VII (PS4 remaster)!
Final Fantasy VII is a 1997 role-playing video game developed by Square for the PlayStation console. It is the seventh main installment in the Final Fantasy series. Published in Japan by Square, it was released in other regions by Sony Computer Entertainment and became the first in the main series to see a PAL release. The game's story follows Cloud Strife, a mercenary who joins an eco-terrorist organisation to stop a world-controlling megacorporation from using the planet's life essence as an energy source. Events send Cloud and his allies in pursuit of Sephiroth, a superhuman intent on destroying their planet. During the journey, Cloud builds close friendships with his party members, including Aerith Gainsborough, who holds the secret to saving their world.
