Let's Play Final Fantasy VII Remake! I'm 100% honest when I say, I'm one of the few people who didn't particularly like FF7. The departure from true turn-based combat, the fact that I played FF:T first, or just the introduction of the ATB all contributed to this. I've tried a few times to get into it, play it, and hopefully have it click with me. It never did sadly. Now, I get a new chance at experiencing Final Fantasy VII in the remake. It looks gorgeous, the combat feels nice (and is a much better fit for the ATB), and I've enjoyed myself. This will be Final Fantasy 7 through non-nostalgic eyes, experiencing the vast majority of it for the first time, and with optimism that I can finally enjoy and experience one of the greatest games of all time through this new lens. I hope you enjoy the ride. Also, it has Erica Lindbeck as the voice of Jessie, which is just YES. So...there's that. :D Oh yeah, and Square Enix's PR People, I know you'll never read this, but WORK WITH ME! I've been trying literally for years. :(
