0Chapter 22: Living Legend. Part 1. Hector's brother Uther has suggested going to the Nabata Desert. Apparently the group can meet a living legend there. It's here that the party finds a lone Sage named Pent trying to fend off Bandits. Try to send Heath or some other flying unit over to rescue Pent as soon as possible. He's not in danger at all,but he WILL be stealing experience points if you leave him to his own devices. Since this is a desert level,most of your units will have hindered movement due to the sand. Thieves,Magic users,and flying units will be unaffected. On Turn 2,an NPC named Hawkeye appears to the south. Talk to him with Eliwood and you'll recruit him. One of the 2 bosses of this stage is right near the start,a Warrior named Jasmine. He has a Steel Axe and a Hand Axe,and also has a Guiding Ring to steal. He's very powerful,so be careful if you end up fighting him. There are items in the sand to find,but I'll tell you what they are in part 2.
