I do things in the wrong order and mess up my plans. But I got better. Remember, field effects overlap. You can only have one active at time.

Yuuka/Medicine:
Yuuka will use Earth attacks and is vulnerable to Electric while Medicine will hit with nasty poisons and debuffs. Both of them can be crippled rather easily by using field effects. Patchouli's Active Land ability can set the terrain to Electric which will buff all Electric attacks while weakening Earth attacks. The big issue is Medicine's poisons. At this point in the game, there are only a few ways to handle this. Sanae's Snake skill tree has a Field spell that prevents all poison effects (but does not remove them). This will effectively cripple Medicine's means to attack entirely. Other less reliable ways is to use Sanae's and Reimu's purifying spells. But you will still end up taking a tick of poison damage if you wait for the poison to hit you first.

Once neutralized, you can freely kill them both however you wish. Watch out for Yuuka's physical attacks and you should be fine.
