Long Live the Queen is a simulation game made by HanakoGames (the same people that made Magical Diary). This game has alot in common with the Princess Maker games in that you build various skills up. But a major difference between the two is that Long Live the Queen actually has a plot and not just an ending.

You play as a Princess who must survive to her fifteenth birthday to be crowned Queen. Till then, you must train up skills and make certain decisions during various events. During such events, skill checks are made that will decide the outcome of an event or simply reveal more information and options to you. How you handle events can change your path in the game or completely change what happens in an event you may have done in a previous game.

Oh and this game likes to kill you... alot.

Please do not post spoilers. I know where the forums are if I really must look up something. But I will be purposefully playing this mostly blind event wise. Enjoy!
